If you have high reward or high cashback credit cards from the special retailer, we will use those cards as the payment method so you can continue earning points and benefits. For instance, you have a West-Elm credit card which offer you 10% cash back. You release the card info to us, by default that means you approve us apply this card to make the purchase.
If you don’t have retailer cards, we will use our cards as the payment method. And you will pay the service fee.

A $47 service fee per item will apply only when you purchase the item through our recommendation. Plus of course, you will enjoy the exclusive designer benefits we have, sometimes, they could be more than a discount!

Bulk item selection and design consultation
If we recommend and help you buy more than 10 home furnishings in a 3‑month period, a one‑time $400 service fee applies. It’s billed once and covers our selection services.
